It was a breath of fresh air to work with this country law firm, run by the most lovely people you'll come across. It was clear that their old website/comm's weren't reflective of who they are and how much they value being approachable for their clients. Rather, they presented like a typical law firm, in suits and using legal jargon that unknowingly perpetuated a hierarchical 'distance' (expert lawyer v local farmer). Hopefully you agree, we've sold that problem now. Better still, it's so wonderful to see the whole team embracing the identity overhaul and marching as one as a leading law firm.
